Shipped skills

The eighteen skills that come with ivralo, the preset that owns each one, and what each one teaches.

Where they come from

The shipped skills live in skills/ in your home. A new home made with ivralo init --home starts with a copy of the shelf the installed ivralo carries; in a checkout, the shelf is the repository's own skills/. ivralo skills lists what is there.

Every specialist sees every skill. The owner in the tables below is the preset the skill belongs to: where /skill <name> sends work, and what ivralo agents lists under that preset. See How skills work.

Code and incidents

SkillOwnerWhat it teaches
codingcoderWorking on the workspace repository's code: finding where something lives, explaining it, fixing a bug, adding a test, and running the project's own test, lint and type commands.
incidentinvestigatorInvestigating a production incident from the evidence bundle: grouping what failed, placing it against the deploys, deciding the kind of incident and its cause, and filing a report where every claim names its evidence.
githubgithubWorking with your GitHub over the API (repositories, issues, pull requests, code search), writing only when writing is on and you approve, plus gh and git through the shell.

Data and charts

SkillOwnerWhat it teaches
analysisanalyst, spreadsheet, visualizerProfiling and cleaning a real CSV, Excel or JSON file with pandas.
xlsxanalyst, spreadsheetReading and creating Excel files through the workbook engine; ships a formula check script.

pdf-generatereporterCreating branded PDFs: cover, header and footer, page numbers, table of contents, tables, KPI cards and charts.

Knowledge and the web

SkillOwnerWhat it teaches

web-researchlibrarianLooking things up on the public web, citing the URL and the date on every claim.

Accounts and sending

SkillOwnerWhat it teaches
googlesecretaryReading your own Google Workspace (calendar, Gmail, Drive, Sheets); drafting or creating only when writing is on and you approve; never sending.
mailcourierSending a finished file or a short message by e-mail to the addresses you named, after you approve.
notifycourierA short message to your configured Telegram or Slack, after you approve.

The presets

The owners above are presets. Each is a key, a display name, a set of grants and one hint sentence.

A preset is on the team only when the configuration switches on what it needs: the Courier when mail or a chat is configured, the Secretary when a Google service is named, the GitHub Clerk when a token is set. The main agent is the main preset and owns no skills. ivralo agents shows the team as it is built on your machine.

What is not here

No shipped skill teaches an application framework, a UI library or a data layer; a test fails the build if one names such a framework. Your project's framework conventions belong in a skill of your own on the local shelf. See Writing a skill.
